Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund to be granted. 
Refund of outward delivery charge excludes express expedited shipping and couriers.
Please request a free return label to return any products to us.
Guarantee may only be used once per product and once per order. e.g. if you order our Serum, you can return it once for a refund or exchange under the Guarantee.
This guarantee is valid for consumers and is not valid for business purchasers.
If you purchased your product from another retailer, please return it to them.
Excludes Trial sizes, Gift Sets and non-cosmetic products.

Customer must contactconnect@rescueskin.comand request a refund, along with a return label.
Customer must send any unused product back to RESCUE in order to obtain a refund.
The refund will be processed when RESCUE receives the unused product.

We ship orders to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Standard Handling, Priority Handling and Rush Delivery options are available. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for Standard Delivery. Priority Mail Delivery orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered within 3 business days or less.
